Apolaki from my Hunger Games fanfic (2009). I was riding a tricycle one night and was thinking, what if there were Hunger Games in a post-apocalyptic/dystopian Philippines?
The reaping would be different from Panem. This time, a boy and a girl from each age group (12-18 yrs. old) will be chosen in the guise of being sent to a prestigious school as scholars. Apolaki, 19, is Mayari's brother and was chosen four years before.
